Through gentle yoga movements, mindful breathing, and the powerful practice of Heart Connection, you’ll connect more deeply with yourself, fostering compassion, love, and emotional balance.

In addition, the class ends withYoga Nidra,guiding you into deep relaxation, reducing stress and enhancing restorative sleep. Together, these practices create a holistic approach to well-being, improving flexibility, reducing anxiety, and grounding you in the present moment.

Whether you’re a beginner or have years of experience, our classes are tailored to meet you where you are, providing a safe and welcoming space for self-care. Please note: although a gentle class, participants require to be able to get on and off the floor unaided.

The practices I offer are suitable for beginners and those who already have previous experience of yoga.

I will send a Replay video link after each class so you never have to worry about missing a session.
