Yin Yoga – Deep Stretch & Relax Class
Yin Yoga is a passive mainly mat-based practice where we surrender deeper into each pose holding generally 3-5 minutes or more sometimes with the aid of props.
It incorporates principles of Chinese Medicine and targets deep connective tissues including tendons, fascia and ligaments. Through deepening into poses were opening up energetic channels and freeing any blockages, releasing that energy to flow freely.
The practice of Yin Yoga gives you the mindful space to soften, slow down, and stay with your experiences rather than always rushing and striving to achieve.
The class is suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioner.
Online Heart Centred Yoga
I keep the classes small, allowing us to create a friendly sociable space together for all who attend.
I will send a Replay video link after each class so you never have to worry about missing a session.
